As Senior Director of Business Intelligence, Andrew focuses on research and analysis for BRAC’s business development and economic competitiveness teams. For business development, Andrew provides economic, demographic, and fiscal research to support business expansion and relocation efforts in the Baton Rouge Area. His work with economic competitiveness involves analysis of education, workforce, tax, and other economic and public policy issues.
Previously, Andrew served as policy and research analyst for BRAC’s economic competitiveness team. His work focused on a variety of public policy areas, including workforce issues, environmental regulation, fiscal policy initiatives, and quality of life.
Andrew received his B.A. in English and Rhetoric from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and J.D. from Indiana University – Maurer School of Law. After law school, Andrew worked as an attorney in Chicago, focusing on corporate and commercial litigation.
