A partner at RSM Canada LLP, Isabella has extensive experience working with private and public companies in numerous industry sectors most notably, manufacturing, food and agriculture, technology, telecommunications, and retail and distribution. Prior to joining RSM Canada’s predecessor firm in 2015, Isabella worked for both a midsized and large public accounting firm managing both large private and publicly listed corporations, as well as, having managing her own successful accounting and consulting practice.

Isabella's current practice focuses on inbound foreign investment and Canadian domestic companies with global interests. A recognized leader in the area of foreign direct investment, Isabella frequently advises foreign corporations globally with regards to expansion into the Canadian market. Her clients include numerous foreign subsidiaries of significant global entities. Isabella has spoken on topics relating to globalization including global trade and migration, CETA, global client management, and economic development.

Isabella is a graduate of York University's Schulich School of Business holding both a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and a Master of Business Administration with a focus in policy and finance.

Isabella is dedicated to a number of charitable, professional, and community organizations. Most notably, she is a passionate advocate for women in business and gender equality and has presented on diversity and inclusion in cooperation with other international forums. She has been honoured for her voice for gender equality and women’s leadership including most recently in November 2017 by the Global organization Women Economic Forum in recognition of her global advocacy for women in business.

In 2017, Isabella was bestowed the honour of Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, the highest distinction bestowed on its members.
