Mr. Ellingson brings over 25 years of strategy and economic development experience. At Equity Technology Partners, he focused on leading, investing and delivering ICT innovation where it can have the greatest economic and societal impact. His work has included projects for the World Bank Group, Sovereign Wealth Funds and governments in Western Africa, the Caribbean and South Asia. Prior to ETP, he was an ICT strategist at Deloitte that advised numerous Fortune 500 and international companies on strategic investment and expansion into new markets. His client-base included companies such as Bank of America, Lockheed-Martin, AT&T, Microsoft, Motorola, IBM, Lenovo, Johnson & Johnson, Hauwei, Qualcomm, SK Group, Motorola, and government entities such as the DoD, DoE, Reserve Bank of India, NATO and the US National Research Labs. Mr. Ellingson recently completed his MPP at the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies in Economic Development. He has an MBA in Economics and Advanced Finance from the Babcock School of Business at Wake Forest University, as well as dual degrees in Economics and Marketing from Temple University. He is also an alumnus of the University of Southern California’s Center for Telecom Management Advanced Management Training and MIT’s Creating & Sustaining Innovative Organizations.
