Dennis Fraise is a certified economic development professional with an eclectic background as a small business owner, public speaker, and a perpetually optimistic big idea guy. He’s led not one, but two economic development organizations in setting Guinness World Records. Dennis is always willing to challenge the business as usual, status quo approach to getting things done. In 2017 his organization was awarded an IEDC gold award for their workforce initiative called Grow Lee.

He’s passionate about brining success to organizations and ensuring that communities look to the future with a clear focus on what is required to achieve success. Dennis’ non-traditional approach to economic and workforce development led his organization to be awarded an IEDC gold award in 2017 for their workforce initiative called Grow Lee.

As a lifelong learner he recently completed the CEcD certification process and is the co-host of the popular Develop This! Podcast for economic and community development professionals. He resides and works in Iowa for a county economic development organization.
