Dell Gines is national thought leader in the emerging field of entrepreneurship led economic development. He is passionate about supporting the economic growth of communities through entrepreneurship with a specific focus on small rural and inner-city communities. As a Senior Community Development Advisor for the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, his primary responsibility is to support the Banks small business and economic development initiatives across the seven states within the Bank’s region.

Dell is a PHD candidate in the University of Nebraska Omaha Public Administration program where his research focus is the role of public and administration on fostering economic development at the local level. He also has Masters of Business Administration and a Masters of Science in Finance. Dell is one of less than 6,000 individuals in the nation with a CEcD economic development certification.
