Mary is Senior Vice President of North America for WAVTEQ and runs its US operations. She previously worked for the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC), one of the top ranked economic development organizations globally.

Since joining WAVTEQ in 2017, Mary has been responsible for rolling out WAVTEQ’s accounting system for EDOs in the US to help measure results and performance. ​She has developed metrics and performance management consulting​ to EDOs both domestic and international. Her consulting work has also included EDO project management best practices, fam tours, multiplier strategies and Silicon Valley investment attraction.

Additionally, she serves as WAVTEQ's leading incentives analyst, managing sales for the company's proprietary incentives tracking database.

At IEDC 2018 Mary will be showcasing “EDO CRM” the world’s first CRM system designed and created specifically for EDOs to attract companies and effectively manage projects.
