Tracy has developed and executed strategies that are intended to create and uphold a positive public image for clients. She is also the Public Relations and Marketing Specialists for Biz Kidz Academy. Biz Kidz Academy is a non-profit (501c3) organization founded by Dr. Marlene Jackson and her daughter, Ashley Jackson. The Christian-focused organization was established to inspire both girls and boys (Ages 5-18) to be successful kidpreneurs.

Our program engages young entrepreneurs in real-world business experiences, events and activities. Our objective is to motivate business-minded kids to creatively embrace their entrepreneurial spirit, lead confidently, think critically, and be financially responsible. We strive to be a front-runner in establishing an innovative program that inspires children and teens to become thriving business leaders.

The goal of the program is to build kids’ business awareness by con- necting them with community front-runners, organizations, group representatives, and other young enthusiastic business-minded leaders. Professionals from various business fields provide mentoring, one-on-one guidance, and resources to our kidpreneurs.

Tracy is the Head of the Atlanta Chapter of Biz Kidz. Tracy is also the Executive Producer for TV show UPLIFT here in Atlanta, premiering in the Fall. In addition to TV Tracy is also know as TrayLou, a "Radio Personality" for Vision Radio 105.1FM in Loganville, GA.
