Ben Magill is Executive Director of the Labor Market Intelligence Center at the Dallas County Community College District. Ben and his team are working with the 7-college, DCCCD Network to achieve greater labor market alignment and make economic opportunity more accessible and inclusive through removing barriers to entry for living wage jobs. Ben has been an economic developer in the Dallas/Fort Worth area since 2009. Prior to joining DCCCD, Ben served as President of the Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Manager for the City of Addison, TX where he, along with the staff of the Dallas Entrepreneur Center and City staff, co-founded the Addison Treehouse which received a Bronze IEDC Excellence in Economic Development Award in 2016
