Molly McKay – the one and only certified economic developer among her company’s 1,000 planners and engineers – leads the Willdan Group’s Washington, DC-based real estate and economic development consulting practice and is actively engaged in urban revitalization planning serving cities, counties, real estate investors and developers, and planning/design/engineering firms throughout the US and abroad. Molly attended the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School's Real Estate Development & Finance Program, was the University of Exeter, England's Fulbright Scholar (MA, Economics, 1993) and the University of Kansas (BA French & Spanish, 1990). Molly serves as the Vice Chair of ULI-the Urban Land Institute's national Reuse & Redevelopment Council, is a founding member of the Women's Development Collaborative, and is actively engaged in research and advocacy as a full member of IEDC, the American Planning Association, and the Congress for New Urbanism.
