As a the Managing Director for the Economic Solutions Group, Frank oversees implementation of the firm’s economic development strategies. He has held a variety of elected and appointed positions at the Federal, State, County and Municipal levels, and has managed public-private organizations as well as private sector companies.  From 1996-2013, Frank was President and CEO of The Beacon Council, Miami-Dade County’s economic development partnership in charge of recruiting new-to-market businesses and helping local businesses expand.  Through his leadership, The Beacon Council was recognized as one of the top Economic Development Organizations in the USA. Frank has been recognized in South Florida CEO magazine as one of the Top 100 Business Leaders and Top 100 International Business Leaders. Before coming to Miami Frank Served as Deputy Mayor Of Economic Development for Jacksonville FL. Prior to moving to Florida Frank served as President of the New Brunswick, NJ Development Company(DEVCO) .He also served as the Director of Policy, Planning and Economic Development for that City.  Frank also oversaw the coordination of the Major Federal Domestic Agencies on behalf of the White house for NY,NJ, USVI and Puerto Rico.
