Jason leads Ady Advantage’s strategic consulting and site selection practice area.  He’s worked directly with over 100 different communities on competitive assessments, strategic planning, and other economic development projects. Jason’s experience in economic development includes working with international businesses and governments on large-scale attraction and expansion projects, including two of Wisconsin’s largest FDI attraction projects. He has worked on the development and launch of a statewide talent development program in advanced manufacturing.  His work in business investment and attraction helped create nearly 2,000 jobs and retain another 3,500, garnering over half a billion dollars in capital investment and has negotiated over $50 million in business financial incentives. He speaks nationally on topics related to future trends in talent, economic development strategy development, and the importance of placemaking. Some of his audiences include the US Economic Development Administration, Investor Owned Utilities, Automotive OEMs and Tier 1 Suppliers along with state, regional, and local EDOs. Jason completed his undergraduate work at the University of Wisconsin and his graduate degree at Northwestern University in Public Policy and Public Administration.
