Mike's main responsibilities include the implementation of the City’s Economic Development Strategy, Collaborating for Competitiveness, and its Culture Plan, Creative Capital Gains. He also works closely with a number of Agencies and organizations connected to the City of Toronto such as CreateTO, Tourism Toronto, Global Toronto and Civic Theatres Toronto. In a volunteer capacity, Mike sits on the board of George Brown College. Before joining the City in 2009, Mike spent the majority of his career in general management, research, marketing and consulting, locally and internationally.
