Troels Adrian leads Prosper Portland’s Business and Industry Team. The B&I Team supports the City of Portland’s key industry clusters through equitable growth programs and strategic initiatives, and leads the city’s international trade efforts. Prior to joining Prosper Portland in 2017, Troels led cluster strategy in the supply chain sector for the Metro Atlanta Chamber.

A native of Denmark, Troels has an undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Copenhagen. He also has graduate degrees in City and Regional Planning from Georgia Tech, and in Public Administration from Baruch College.
