Justin’s role at JobsOhio is to attract foreign direct investment from Asia, with a focus on Japan and China. He assists companies looking to locate and expand in Ohio by facilitating the complex process of international investment.

He has nearly 20 years of international business and consulting experience; including work as a consultant to the World Bank, U.S. Agency for International Development, and the U.S. Commercial Services.

Justin received his Master’s Degree in International Relations from Tufts University, where he specialized in International Trade and Investment.
