"Lynn Sand is Director of Strategic Partnerships for Leidos Commercial Energy Solutions and is focused on working with utilities and municipalities of all sizes on digital transformation and secure power delivery. Lynn’s career has spanned the private, public and non-profit sectors in a variety of business and economic development leadership roles. She is recognized for her ability to build strong multi-level, cross functional teams.

Lynn’s professional economic development career started in the Pennsylvania’s Governor’s Office before she moved on to become economic development director for Montgomery County, PA Dept. of Commerce. She spent 12 years with PECO Energy working as a regional economic development director and later as the company’s first national account manager. In 2001, Lynn was tapped serve as the first CEO of the 495/MetroWest Corridor Partnership, facilitating collaboration between numerous business groups and most elected officials serving the greater Boston region. Lynn was awarded citations from both the Massachusetts Senate and the House for Leadership & Guidance in Economic Development, as well as the Massachusetts Economic Development Council Award of Special Recognition for her work.

Lynn is a graduate of Penn State University with a BS in Community Studies and a MS in Business Management. She also holds her international economic development certification. "
