Andy joined Development Counsellors International (DCI) in 1991 and now serves as Chairman of the company. Under his leadership, the agency has grown to 60+ full-time individuals, the largest assembly of place-marketing professionals in the world. DCI is the leader in marketing places having served over 500 cities, states regions and countries helping them attract both tourists and investment. Andy is a frequent speaker on the topics of investment attraction, economic development and tourism marketing. He also authors a column on marketing places for Forbes.com, hosts the podcast, “The Project: Inside Corporate Location Decisions” and the author of the continuing report “Winning Strategies in Economic Development Marketing.” He enjoys running, songwriting and sailing.
