Karl Sanchack is the President and CEO of the Erie Innovation District, LLC, a private / public partnership reimagining the future for the downtown of Erie, PA. Acting under a revitalization charter focused on safety and security, Mr. Sanchack ignites economic transformation through shared initiatives and business partnerships in cyber and connected services and has designed both a secure smart city and an accelerator program for the city. Outcomes range from growth in new startups, partnership agreements and the successful fielding of new products and services with a high return on investment.
Mr. Sanchack holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Print Journalism from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
