Joan Jorgenson, Managing Director and Principal - Joan brings over 25 years of executive search experience within the economic development, chamber of commerce, government, and private sector organizations. Joan held consulting and human resource management positions at PHH Fantus and several Fortune 50 companies in Chicago
Joan's areas of expertise include executive search, public and private sector organization development, compensation, and policy formulation. She has conducted numerous executive search assignments for chamber and economic and community development executives throughout the country. Joan previously served on the Board of Directors of the International Economic Development Council, the Southern Economic Development Council and the Maryland Industrial Development Association. Joan is a regular speaker at annual national and state economic development association meetings.
